Over a billion people rely on us every day to supply them with a fast, reliable connection. We aim to do that with a net-negative effect on the planet.
How do we do this
We reduce our reliance on local power grids and local water supplies by generating our own power from hydro, solar, and other renewable, net-zero, and carbon-neutral sources. We have perfected a method of cooling without water. This lets us leave the water for the local community.
We plant almost a million trees globally each year and reduce server load when possible to reduce carbon output from servers as much as possible. The labs are working on a technology with zero carbon output and no other bad effects on the planet.
